Yes you use nail polish to paint your nails it's that you use a skinny brush to paint.And Hi!
Use the nail brush then just lightly dot your nail with the tips of the brush. Thats way I do polka dots and it looks good.
use a toothpick dipped in your choice of polish

let the top layer dry 1st then get an extra small brush and paint the polka dots

i think a toothpick would work best if the nail polish is thick enough.

I did something wierd but it worked i diped a toothpick into my nail polish then onto my nails....

i would wait until the nail polish dries, get a toothpick, dip it in the favoured nail polish, and gently dot the nail
it would be REALLY hard

hey the way i did it was to make sure that I had has a little nail polish has i can on the brush and just dot it on my nail. it seems to work
first put the base and let it dry! then wut i do is get a Q-tip and dip it in the paint and then on the nails.
