Pam cooking spray will dry fingernail polish quickly
you could use a blowdryer, your could just fan your hands (you know like the way you would if you were too hot), or dip them in cold water - but dont do that right away they have to be mostly dry. NEVER blow on them though, the moisture in your breath will make them worse and it will take forever to dry
Dip them in very cold water.
At nail saloons they have special nail driers and you could ask the peple who work their. But if you dont want to spend alot of money just usee a hair drier***

carfully put it under warm water it won't come off! then tap a towel on the nail! then right away its dry!
I just use a fan or go outside~~~~
1) Dip in Cold Ice Water
2) Buy a spray from a nail salon that dries it- it doesn't cost a lot and lasts a very long time
3) Buy a Solar Nail Polish Dryer- when you go into the sun, it dries it immediately
4) Use a fan
Don't put your nails so close to a fan because it will cause bubbles to appear. Put it about 5 inches away.
