You have too much moisture on your nail.. You need to use a nail polish with acitone to dry out the nail. Use a base coat. 2 coats of polilsh and a top coat. Your polish will last for up to two weeks.Why does my nail polish bubble when I paint my nails?The bumpy polish looks terrible.?
Make sure you clean your nails thoroughly with alcohol before applying polish. It also helps to ';roll'; the bottle between your hands. Shaking it vigorously causes bubbles!

Is the polish cheap? Try a more expensive one. Also make sure if you have used remover it is all off your nails.
it's because you shook your nail polish. that worked bubbles into it. instead, roll it between your hands to blend the color.
Perfect At-Home Manicure

2. File nails to desired shape. What looks modern now is a shortish nail, straight across the top with rounded edges. File your nails in one direction starting at the edges and moving toward the top.
