What is in paint and nail polish that gives me a headache?

Solventis typically added to traditional latex paints to soften the binder material and make it easier to apply. Paint thinner (turpentine, acetone, mineral spirits, or white spirit) is often mixed with the paint to stretch its volume and to make painting easy. The strong odor of the solvent is the cause of most paint smells.





The acetone or turpentine will cause a headache when inhaled..


It evaporates quickly thats why its used in paints thats also why it causes the smell

      Thanks for sharing. nice try but can be made better but i personally love the smell of nail paint and the wall paint as well no matter of what it is..
