What is the different between enamel paint and nail polish enamel?

...is there one? or can you paint your finger nails with regular enamel paint...?What is the different between enamel paint and nail polish enamel?
In the case of nail polish, ';enamel'; simply means ';not lacquer.'; which is too fragile and dissolves in the presence of alcohol and acidic foods. Nail polish that's ';enamel'; has an acetone base and is removed by using acetone. Enamel PAINT IS OIL-based--every time you clean it you'd have to use turpentine. Your skin would look like three miles of bad road and would eventually crack and bleed, and you'd smell like a house-painter's day off ALL the time. What is the different between enamel paint and nail polish enamel?
Is this a trick question ?
