I eard some people do it, but will it damage the phone?
Not on the keys or screen or anything, just the outside.Is it okay to paint your phone with nail polish?
i've tried it... yes it will damage the phone... they do not dry quick and it will look all bumpy... it will always smell like nail polish... if you mess up, do not use nail polish remover to take it off, your phone's original color will fade... just buy a cell phone case if u want a new color or if you want to cover up a bad spot
